All sales at Galore Deluxe LLC are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item, if available.

Sale items, intimates, swimwear, and custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

Galore Deluxe LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
